OPS provide solutions for plastic injection tooling and moulding requirements. We offer expertise on component design, tool design and moulding solutions.

With our carefully selected partners in the Far East we have over 500 skilled tooling staff capable of manufacturing quality tools up to 20 tonne and have successfully delivered tooling projects of 40+ tools.

We pride ourselves on our due date performance and have an excellent delivery record.

All our partners work using the same OPS processes, procedures and documentation

We have our own In house trialling facilities with presses up to 1250 tonne and also have excellent external trialling facilities with presses up to 2500 tonne with state of the art machinery and equipment.

By using well managed processes and procedures and with skilled operatives we can guarantee our Customers successful results on time every time.

OPS has developed IT solutions that support the Companies strategy enabling us to work in a unique and extremely efficient manner both internally and externally with our clients and manufacturing partners.
