QPC – Quality Products China
OPS has invested in a Trialling Facility (QPC – Quality Products China) based in Dongguan City, China. With Injection moulding presses up to 530 tonnes and including a 250 tonne automated ‘twin-shot’ machine, QPC can also provide production quantities (see link to QPC below for more information).

Material procurement or import, including any sub assembled items or inserts is coordinated by QPC staff, which simplifies project management and eliminates the language barriers.

Our toolmaking partners also include tool trialling as part of their service. If we require larger capacity, we have access to machines up to 2,500 tonne locally.

QPC staff based in Dongguan City assist OPS in managing and progressing tooling from design through to complete sign-off. Detailed progress reports are submitted throughout the development phase.

An agreed quantity of samples will be sent to our clients at every trial stage.
