OPS has sourcing options when placing tooling projects. Strong links have been developed with several carefully selected toolmakers.

Each toolroom has its own unique capabilities. However, OPS require that each toolmaker is able to communicate effectively in conjunction with our bi-lingual staff based locally and will accept and help develop a mutually beneficial partnership.

A successful tooling project does not happen by chance. It also does not happen if attention is not giving to design basics at Product/Tool Design stage. With this ethos in mind, OPS have developed controlled methods in order to ensure our toolmaking partners are using the correct level data, correct shrinkage factors and tool materials.
